Hi, my name is Brooke & I am the founder of BodyByBrooke.
MY STORY..
I struggled with my own Mental & Physical Health for years. In a constant cycle of burn out & stress related illness, left feeling utterly deflated.
After relying on the healthcare system for a long time, getting agitated when given yet another course of antibiotics, I knew it was time to start taking responsibility for my own health & look for a way to prevent the cycle rather than fall victim to it.
I began to experiment with holistic remedies, therapies & training styles, becoming fully invested in my health. I always saw myself as 'healthy' so struggled to understand why I wasn't reaching my Health & Fitness Goals; especially after qualifying as a coach myself.
The truth is, it was way too hard to stay on track with life, maintain relationships, work full time & sustain a healthy lifestyle all on my own.. I needed help!
This is when I decided to take a leap & invest in an online coach to help me, alongside my own forms of research & self studies.
A few weeks into having a coach, I already began to feel a sense of achievement & belonging. Having someone to keep me accountable for carrying out my daily non-negotiables meant I was managing to keep my reoccurring symptoms under control & had also reached many strength & fitness goals. Having a coach took away a lot of the stress & pressure of trying to do it alone which meant I had more energy to take care of my body and mind.
This is when when the penny dropped & I realised that I wanted to give others the same experience that I had. I wanted to spread the knowledge I had learned to as many women as possible.
Since then, I have completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher training course & have learned A TON of knowledge surrounding holistic health, fitness & nutrition & have become committed to providing a high quality coaching service to my clients, striving for them to reach their optimal health & fitness goals.

I am an expert in Strength Training with a ton of hands-on experience, I know what it takes to build muscle, increase strength & enhance overall physical fitness.
I am also a Qualified Yoga Teacher which has enabled me to take a Holistic Approach to Coaching.
Integrating flexibility, balance & mindfulness into your fitness routine, ensuring a well-rounded approach to health & helping you achieve sustainable results.
My coaching goes beyond physical fitness.
2 and a half weeks difference & I’m so shocked! Just from eating cleaner, drinking more water & moving!!
